Scottish rave king and supporter of bass in all its forms, HOSTAGE has put a excellent mix together in the the lead up to our Halloween party were he will be headlining Room 2 which is hosted by rising London born and bred label, BLACK BUTTER RECORDS. An imprint moving from strength-to-strength, Black Butter supports the grittier end of the ever expanding bass-led scene with a distinct collective of producers under its wing, citing influences as broad as jungle, drum & bass and breakbeat to house, techno and 2-step, as well as ragga, dancehall, reggae and of course grime and dubstep.
